- Recovery- This notice is provided for information purposes only. NASA LaRC issued atask order under existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contractNNL04AA03B entitled Fuel Supply and Purge Systems for the 14x22 Foot Subsonic WindTunnel at the NASA Langley Research Center. Subject award was made using a Cost PlusFixed Fee contract type as a cost reimbursable contract was determined to be the mostappropriate considering the complexity, magnitude, high risk, and the unknowns that madeit impractical to price as a fixed price contract. The ROME contract NNL04AA03B wasawarded on a competitive basis. This effort will be funded by the American Recovery andReinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 and is in support of the NASA Aeronautics ResearchAeronautics Test Program.
