- Request for Information (RFI)/ Sources Sought inquiry into your organizations interest in providing Cardiac Treadmill Stress Testing services and inpatient consultation at the Grand Junction Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) for Veterans living in and around Grand Junction, Colorado. The VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Office contemplates an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (Firm Fixed Price) to provide services for VA beneficiaries living in the Grand Junction area. The services will include both Pharmacological, Radionucleotide Treadmill Stress Studies examination, interpretation and inpatient consultation as requested. The contractor shall provide the facility and all equipment to perform the procedures and must be located in the Grand Junction area. The procedures must be performed by a Board Certified Cardiologist and a Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Inpatient Consultation will be completed at the Grand Junction VAMC. Cardiologists must be available by telephone to respond to major cardiological emergencies at the VAMC on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis. Dependant upon responses, the proposed contract award priority shall be to Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses then Small Businesses. The period of performance for this contract will be one year, with additional four-one year option periods. The contract base year is estimated to begin July 2010. Again, this is only an inquiry, no quote or proposal is requested at this time.
