- The Bid due date for this solicitation is hereby extended from April 15, 2010 to April 21, 2010. There are no other changes made by this amendment. "RECOVERY" This notice is released to announce the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is soliciting bids to furnish a duplex water ultra-filtration equipment complete, including startup and commissioning services, at Fort Thompson, South Dakota with each process skid/module train capable of producing 750,000 gpd for a total capacity of 1.5 MGD for the Fort Thompson community on the Crow Creek Indian Reservation, Buffalo County, South Dakota. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, transportation, equipment, supervision and all other necessary items to complete project. All work shall be performed in a workman like manner, in complete compliance with all applicable industry standards, manufactures specifications and warranty requirement to meet government approval. SPECIAL NOTE: This requirement is being sponsored by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). As a result, special contract clauses and additional reporting procedures shall apply to the final contract award. Duration of the contract will be Four Hundred Fifty Days (450) from Date of Award. Project magnitude is $500,000.00 to 1,000,000.00. BID BOND, PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS ARE REQUIRED. Set Aside Notice: This requirement is being advertised as full and open competition. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract. IFB-OM-241-2-1--3530 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of Twenty Five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation documents.
