- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9127N09D0004 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (USACE - Portland) has issued Modification 2 to Task Order 7 for additional engineering during design (EDC) for Phase 1 of the Springfield Millrace project. The contractor shall review, analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendations for resolution of design related issues that arise during the construction performance periods of Phase 1. The contractor may also answer Contractor and Government Construction Quality Assurance Representative questions, clarify design intent, resolve design issues, provide guidance on construction contract document discrepancies, and issue modifications (change orders) to the construction contract documents.
