- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), Anesthesiology Services Department has a requirement for an Anesthesia LCD Monitor with all modules only available from G.E. Medical Systems Information Technologies Inc. NAICS code 339112 applies with a size standard of 500. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), STVHCS intends to award a purchase order sole source to GE Medical System Information Technologies Inc on or about April 19, 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All information shall be furnished at a no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order, based upon responses received, will be made entirely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation due date is April 9, 2010 3:00 PM Local Time. All questions must be in writing and may be e-mailed to shaundrica.close@va.gov. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
