- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a small business set aside. This solicitation number is RFQ14981001 and a solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39 The National Institutes on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on behalf of the National Institutes on Aging (NIA) has a requirement for (2) HP M6412-A Drive Enclosures, (20) HP M6412-A 600GB FC Drives (2) EVA Enclosure Support (20) EVA HD Support (2) HP d1380 g5 upgrade (1) HP care pack ms147048. This is brand name due to the current HP Equipment at NIA. Delivery will be at 251 Bayview Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21224. Delivery will be no more than 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Offerors will be evaluated on their ability to meet technical specifications and best value. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The quotations are due April 6, 2010 3:00 PM EST and will be submitted to Idella Simpson, Contract Specialist, simpsoi@mail.nih.gov 31 Center Drive, Room 1B59, Bethesda, Maryland 20892. This posting is modified to extend the reciept date for proposals until April 6, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST
