- Description
- The 316th Contracting Squadron intends to procure a contract where prospective offerors are required to provide for Lease of eight (8) Compact (Class II) Hybrid Electric Sedans, 2010 Ford Fusion Model in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that will be identified in the solicitation, to Joint Base Andrews Naval Air Facility Washington for a lease period of one year with the option to purchase at the end of the lease period. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The Period of Performance will be from 21 June 2010 - 20 June 2011. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532112 with the business size standard dollar amount of $23.5M. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 12 April 2010. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. In accordance with FAR 19.501, this action is 100% small business set-aside. Offers shall be reviewed and considered by the Agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registered requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423.
