- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 to iRobot, 8 Crosby Drive, Bedford, MA 01730, for PacBot kits and parts. iRobot is the manufacturer and sole provider of the PacBot kits and parts. This procurement will be solicited under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The anticipated award date is April 23 2010. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination not to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
