- This solicitation is Unrestricted, Full and Open for Competition. This solicitation is for one (1Air Valve Regulator Test Stand per Product Description DSCR-VIBB-09-30-1012 dated February 8, 2010 as follows: one (1) Air Valve Regulator Test Stand, Shipping, installation, removal of existing unit and training. Delivery of items is to FRC East, Cherry Point, NC.FOB is Destination with an inspection at Origin and final acceptance at destination. Quality Assurance Provision (QAP) 175 will be utilized. The performance of this period for this award will be 42 weeks after receipt of contract. This award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The final contract award will be based on upon the low, technically acceptable offer and past performance evaluations. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA “DIBBS” at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. All interested parties may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. NUMBERED NOTE: WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON DIBBS UNTIL POSTED DATE 16 APRIL 2010.
