- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW: THE EMS QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY IMPROVEMENT SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED ARE FOR THE COMBAT SUPPORT TRAINING CENTER (CSTC) DIRECTORATE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES, COVERING CAMP PARKS. SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT WILL BE PROVIDED ON-SITE AT, CAMP PARKS FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES, 520 MITCHELL DRIVE, DUBLIN, CA. THESE SERVICES WILL NOT REQUIRE A FIVE DAY, FORTY-HOUR WORK WEEK AT CAMP PARKS. PLEASE READ PWS AND SOOS ATTACHED. THE CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED BASED UPON 1.) THE SOO'S RESPONSE 2.) PRICE 3.) PAST PERFORMANCE. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL OF THESE ITEMS AT THE SAME TIME WITH SUBMITTAL.
