- RECOVERY - ARIZONA SCENIC TRAIL CONSTRUCTION - The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting bids to construct 6 miles of non-motorized trail on the White Canyon Passage of the Arizona National Scenic Trail. The project site is located in Pinal County, Arizona, and is subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates. This project is funded from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009. As such, the contractor shall agree to submit timely Recovery Act reporting as part of its performance under this contract in accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-11. In addition, the contractor agrees to meet the requirements of the Buy American Act in accordance with FAR Clause 52.225-21.
