- Solicitation Number: AG-0489-S-10-0463 Notice type: Presolicitation RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER ROOF REPAIR/CONSTRUCTION/RECONSTRUCTION MULTIPLE AWARD AGREEMENT UNDER SOLICITATION AG-04R3-S-09-0004. Task order project will include: heater upgrades, window repair/replacement, ceiling panel replacement, interior/exterior painting, installation and plumbing of new propane tank, and installation of screen doors and window screens at Clearwater Big House and Clearwater Lookout Rental Cabins. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. Anticipated period of performance for this task order is 60 calendar days after notice to proceed. The Government intends to place a firm fixed price task order on or before June 1, 2010. The resulting order shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required.
