- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command/Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAVAIR/NAWCAD) intends to issue a new sole source Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) order N00421-10-P-0258 to Tecolote Research Incorporated Software Products Services Group for the renewal of the annual site license and maintenance support for the Automated Cost Estimating Integrity Tool (ACEIT). It is an automated architecture and framework for cost estimating and other analysis tasks. ACEIT is a Government developed tool that has been used for over a decade to standardize and simplify the Life Cycle Cost estimating process in the government environment. Tecolote Research Incorporated is the sole developer and deliverer of ACEIT for the past twenty years. The estimated period of performance for this order will be from 15 April 2010 through 14 April 2013 which includes a base year and two one year options. This is a follow on to SAP order number N00421-07-P-0324.
