- NAICS Code: 541711 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development, NRMRL, STD located in Cincinnati, OH has a requirement seeking assistance with the in-house research of analytical and material characterization, support for the testing of nano-materialand ultra fine particles. The successful contractor will be required to provide state of the art facilities and equipment necessary for to perform analyses of nanomaterials for use by EPA researchers and post docs within a 30 mile radius of the EPA AWBERC facility, located at 26 W. Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45268. The RFQ number RFQ-OH-10-00075 will be solicited under full and open competition with the NAICS code designation for the acquisition being 541711. It is anticipated that a Fixed-Price contract will result from the award of this solicitation. It is expected that the need for the equipment and facilities along with some possible services will be required over a 12 month period beginning in May of 2010. The solicitation is expected to be issued approximately April 13, 2010. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
