- The Directorate of Contracting issued a modification against the delivery order issued against the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract, Contract Number W91248-08-D-0001 D. O. 0036 with Rogers Group, Inc, Hopkinsville, KY 42241, for an additional $1,286,997.97. The requirement is for the contractor perform roadway reclamation on Patton Road. The depth of reclamation shall be twelve inches. The Contractor shall provide chip and seal in two layers. Provide storm water best management practices. The total area is 174,240 square yards. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
