- The Chalmers P. Wylie Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), 420 North James Road, Columbus, Ohio (VISN 10) intends to do a sole source award for Comprehensive Ophthalmology Services with resident supervision with our affiliate, Ohio State University (OSU) Eye Physicians and Surgeons, OSU Department of Ophthalmology, 915 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43212. The purpose of this contract is to provide board certified/board eligible ophthalmologists to perform clinical and surgical services at the VAACC with resident supervision in accordance with VA Directive 1663 Health Care Resources Contracting--Buying Title 38 U.S.C. 8153.
