- Solicitation with Statement of Work Solicitation Notice - 100% Hub Zone Set-Aside - GLOW CARPET FOR THE HANGAR CENTER Dyess AFB, Texas, has a requirement for Glow Carpet for the Hangar Center. It is the intent of the Government to award a purchase order filling the best value to the government. NAICS Code is 238330. The solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP), FA4661-10-C-0007. The RFP will be issued on or about 30 Mar 2010 with a closing date on or about 12 Apr 10. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award to be eligible for the award. The CCR Internet web site is http:// www.ccr.com. Upon issue, the RFP is available on the Internet at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site, which is at the following address: http:// www.fbo.gov. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered. Please note that all documents related to this acquisition will be posted on EPS. It is recommended that all interested sources register for this solicitation number, FA4661-10-C-0007; through Federal Business Opportunities to ensure they automatically receive all updated documents to this requirement as they are posted. Interested parties may download the Solicitation FA4661-10-C-0007 at www.fbo.gov paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. The awarded contractor must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) at www.ccr.gov, or by calling 888-227-2423, prior to award. Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable with award being made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government.
