- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO HEERY INTERNATIONAL, INC., 999 PEACHTREE STREET, NORTHEAST, ATLANTA, GA 30309. The U.S. General Services Administration is requesting Heery International, Inc. to submit a proposal for construction manager as-agent services (CMa) to ensure that the design-build projects for roofing replacements, improvements, and repairs at various federal facilities in the GSA Southeast Region are completed in a manner that meets the functional requirements of the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) regional roofing contracts and associated delivery orders. This scope of work is being solicited using the Regional Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract No. GS-04P-07-EX-D-0095.
