- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A MODIFICATION TO THE EXISTING CONTRACT FOR THE MODERNIZATION OF THE DR.A. H. MCCOY FEDERAL BUILDING. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CURRENT CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT GS-04P-09-EX-C-0076. This modification is for increase of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project by an additional amount of $9,328,180. This increase is to provide services for Move and Relocation of Tenant Agencies, Operation and Maintenance of project during construction, Waterproofing of existing defects and High Performances Green Building Requirements. The original solicitation and award were designed to permit ongoing discussions and negotiations throughout the development of the design. Preliminary development stage has revealed that an increase in the GMP is required in order to permit the project to proceed.
