Description
*Modification to parking requirement, as noted below. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease a minimum of 23,716 ANSI/BOMA area square feet of contiguous office and related space in West Palm Beach, Florida. Reserved, secured parking is required for 57 government vehicles. Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the rental consideration. The intended use is for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by August 1, 2011. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North Boundary: 45th Street (State Road 702) South Boundary: Southern Boulevard (Highway 98 or State Road 700) Eastern Boundary: Intracoastal Waterway (Flagler Drive) Western Boundary: Military Trail (State Road 809) LEASE TERM: Lease term is ten (10) years firm. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for consideration, please forward information by 5:00 PM EST, April 6, 2010. Expressions of interest should include building name and address or map coordinates for proposed tract, legal description, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space offered or site plan, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, and contact information for owner or authorized agent. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
