- Teaming Opportunities List NRC-187 NRC-38-10-704 Subpart 2009.5 Organizational Conflicts of Interest NRC-38-10-704 billing instructions FP 2008 NRC-38-10-704 Solicitation RFP-NRC-38-10-704 RFP Letter The primary objective of this contract is to develop a Boiling Water Reactor Technology Training Course from design control documentation and combined operating licensee application(s) submitted to the NRC. Working from within the NRC Technical Training Center in Chattanooga, TN the contracted staff will use NRC reference material to produce a student reference manual and PowerPoint instructor presentations. The performance period will be from day of award through 8 months. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about March 30, 2010 and the closing date for proposals will be 30 days from the date the full solicitation gets posted. The solicitation will be available solely through the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the FedBizOpps website. The FedBizOpps website provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation document and its related documents, as appropriate, will be posted at this website, therefore, interested parties are requested not to send letters, e-mails or faxes requesting copies of the RFP. Accordingly, telephoned, mailed, e-mailed or faxed requests will not be honored. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website to assure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The Government will not reimburse interested parties for any costs associated with responding to this solicitation. The size standard for this acquisition is set forth under NAICS code 611430. Proposals for this requirement may be submitted by all concerns, i.e., large businesses, small business, and small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. All businesses, large and small, interested in teaming arrangements, should send their business information (i.e., organization name, address, size of business, contact name and phone number) to the NRC Contract Specialist listed at the end of this notice. The NRC will post this information in a Teaming Opportunities list with the solicitation. In order to allow the Contract Specialist time to finalize the list and post it at the same time the solicitation is posted, all business information shall be received no later than March 15, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. All parties are advised that this list is not representative of all sources that may have an interest in the solicitation, which is available on the FedBizOpps website. (OR) The FedBizOpps system includes the capability to join and view a published list of vendors interested in this solicitation. This is useful for vendors who are interested in teaming on procurement opportunities. The contracting officer has enabled the, "Register as Interested Vendor", feature for this solicitation. To be eligible for award, interested parties MUST be registered with the Central Contractor Registry at www.ccr.gov.
