- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Michigan Service Center intends to award a firm fixed price task order for construction management and inspection services in support of the project to upgrade the building automation system at the Federal Building in Flint, MI. This task order will be issued against an existing contract which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. This opportunity is available only to the A-E firm under contract GS-05P-06-SV-D-3025. The task order will be awarded to CHMP, INC., 5198 Territorial Road, Grand Blanc, MI 48439.
