- Drawing Set Purchase Description Solicitation FA8224-10-T-0035 The 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group is seeking quotation for the purchase of a AG Part Storage Rack per the purchase description (PD) and drawing set dated 29 Mar 10. The proposed item shall include all freight and handling charges, warranty and delivery to building 1 SE on Hill AFB, UT 84056. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued until all Quotations are reviewed and found technically acceptable. Technical evaluation for this project will be Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This request for quotation (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed Price effort capable of meeting the requirements in the attached PD and drawing set. When responding please include: 1. Company Name and Cage code 2. Who is your POC please provide email address and phone number. 3. Experience with same or similar items, Please describes. 4. Suggested NAICS Code 5. Business Size Classification for NAICS and qualifications if any as any sub-category. (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) 6. Would you be a prime or subcontractor? 7. Lead Time for the task performance The Government intends to award a contract on the basis of these provided proposals. Proposal should be submitted by 11:00 am MDT on 20 Apr 10.
