- Wage Determination (WD 05-2033 Rev.-8) Performance Work Statement (PWS) FA4460-10-T-0044 Solicitation (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii)This solicitation, FA4460-10-T-0044, shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii)This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-39 (Effective 19 Mar 2010 [FAR obtained from 554 ELSG/KSL]). (iv)This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 541990 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. (v-vi)The following commercial item(s) is/are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - RECERTIFY NORTH & SOUTH FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS (FPS) FOR HANGER 280 (BPN F2S245) IAW PWS AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS FOR FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS. MANUFACTURER OF FPS: UNILINE SAFETY SYSTEMS FPS INSTALLED BY: HY-SAFE TECHNOLOGY CLIN 0002 - RECERTIFY NORTH FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS (FPS) FOR HANGER 222 (BPN F2S291) IAW PWS AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS FOR FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS. MANUFACTURER OF FPS: UNILINE SAFETY SYSTEMS FPS INSTALLED BY: HY-SAFE TECHNOLOGY CLIN 0003 - RELOCATE & RECERTIFY SOUTH FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS (FPS) FOR HANGER 222 (BPN F2S291) IAW PWS AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS FOR FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS. MANUFACTURER OF FPS: UNILINE SAFETY SYSTEMS FPS INSTALLED BY: HY-SAFE TECHNOLOGY (vii)The contractor shall complete the period of performance from 12 Apr 2010 to 16 Apr 2010, FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (viii-xiii) The provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-10-T-0044 apply to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding offerors register on ORCA http: //orca.bpn.gov) / ensure ORCA is current. FAR 52.204-8 mandates the use of ORCA on or after 01 Jan 2005. (xiv)(RESERVED) (xv)Quotes are required to be received NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM CST, Thursday, 08 Apr 2009. A Site Visit will be held at Bldg 222, Little Rock AFB at 10:00 AM sharp Friday 02 Apr 2010.
