- RECOVERY 385-Replace Cooling Tower @ B1021 Project # 38868. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment and supplies to Replace Cooling Tower @ B1021, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Construction details and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided with the formal Invitation for Bid Request. The invitation for Bid will be released on or about 30 April 2010. The project range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Award will be pursuant to the Small Business Competitveness Demonstration Program. Contractors must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Program. All responsible sources may sumbit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. All Invitation for Bid will be provided in response to written request only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, email address, telephone number, DUNS number and TIN. Any request that does not include the above-stated information will not receive a response. Fax or email request will be accepted.
