- Description
- (Subject Continued) Pennsylvania., Allegheny County, PA. The Corps of Engineers has a stormwater conveyance project along Pine Hollow Road and Singer Avenue, in Kennedy Township, Stowe Township, and McKees Rocks Borough, in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania., Allegheny County, PA. The system to remove stream flow from and existing combined sewer system and consists of construction of two reinforced concrete intake structures, a concrete outfall anchor with concrete block revetment system, installation of approximately 5,400 LF of 60 HDPE storm sewer, and related sanitary and storm sewer work and pavement and site restoration. The period of performance will be 365 calendar days. Magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued approximately April 21, 2010 on-line only through the Federal Business Opportunities website, therefore, requests for hardcopies of the specifications will not be honored. Requests must be made by registering for this quotation through Federal Business Opportunities at https://www.fbo.gov. Once registered, vendors, plan rooms and printing companies will be able to download the solicitation and drawings on or after the above issuance date.
