- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Ferguson Williams, LLC; Contract Number W912EE-05-C-0018 The description for this requirement is changed to read as follows: Contract Number W912EE-05-C-0018 is for the Operation, Maintenance, and Repair of Flood Control Facilities and Features at Arkabutla, Sardis, Enid, and Grenada Lakes in the State of Mississippi. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District intends to issue a modification to Contract Number W912EE-05-C-0018 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds for the following Natural Resource Management requirements at Enid Lake in the State of Mississippi: (1) Cultural Resource Services and Work, (2) Herbicide Treatment, (3) Kudzu Treatment, (4) West Mudline Moist Soil Management Area Levee Rehabilitation, (5) Construction and Installation of twelve (12) gates, (6) Graveling Roadways, and (7) Water Well Installation At Wildcat Waterfowl Management Area. This is not a request for proposal or quotation. A solicitation will not be issued for this requirement.
