- This is a pre-solicitation announcement modification for the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Acquisition Service Area Office East 8, under the Recovery Act (RA) is issued to change the construction project magnitude from the original disclosure of the magnitude for this construction project. The new construction project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204. As of March 30, 2010 this is the only change applicable to this procurement. All other instructions and procedures remains the same as posted in the original pre-solicitation announcement.
