- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulations 12 and 13. A written solicitation will be issued on or about 23 Nov 2009. Solicitation number VA-248-10-RP-0114 applies and is issued as a request for proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24, The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 511210 size standard is $25 million. Provide and install Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Clinical Information Systems (CIS). The CIS/ICU PACU will be installed in 7 facilities within VISN 8. All labor, materials, tools, equipment, on-site training, maintenance, technical support, unlimited, perpetual, non-exclusive software and interface licenses project management and supervision will be included in accordance with terms and provisions of solicitation. Subject to availability of funds. All proposals are to be submitted via email electronic copy to the designated office by the time stated in the solicitation.
