- RECOVERY - IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, Pub. L. 111-5, THE GOVERNMENT POSTS THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN 8(a) SOLE SOURCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO MITCHELL INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTORS, INC. (DUNS 127531817). THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: Project shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, supplies, and equipment necessary for the renovation of an office building and break room. Pursuant to section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637 (a)), and in accordance with 13 CFR 124.1-1(c) and FAR 19.8. The Small Business Administration has accepted this requirement on behalf of MITCHELL INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTORS, INC.
