- This announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) by the Electronic Systems Center (ESC), Hanscom AFB, MA. It is the Government's intent to issue an Ordering Period extension to the Specialized Cost Services (SCS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts(FA8721-07-D-0002 and FA8721-07-D-0003) awarded to Tecolote Research, Inc.and Quantech Services, Inc., respectively.
