- Solicitation N00421-10-T-0151 is issued as a synopsis/request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with DCS Corporation for the line items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and description are: HC-130H Test Bench Communication Station Module CLIN 0001 - Quantity 1 each, Part Number HF-190 CLIN 0002 - Quantity 1 each, Part Number Wulfsburg CLIN 0003 - Quantity 1 each, Part Number ARC-210 CLIN 0004 - Quantity 1 each, Part Number VHF-AM CLIN 0005 - Quantity 1 each, Shipping Charges Award is expected 27 April 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 07 April 2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
