- Architectural/Engineering Services Tritium Engineering Building Provide statement of qualifications and performance data for your company as it pertains to the provision of Architectural/Engineering services for the conceptual design of a new single-story office building located outside the Tritium Facilities Limited Area, located in H-Area of the Savannah River Site (SRS). The new building shall be designated as the "Tritium Engineering Building". The Tritium Engineering Building shall be a permanent single-story structure of approximately 12,000 square feet total area, located immediately west of existing SRS Tritium facilities. The Tritium Engineering Building shall consist of industry-standard components, systems, construction techniques, and building materials. The conceptual design of the Tritium Engineering Building shall assume a construction cost not to exceed $3.00 million (unburdened). The final deliverable will be a Conceptual Design Study which evaluates three external options and three internal options, concluding with recommended options for the Tritium Engineering Building.
