MAIN ST LEEDS, MA 01053 The Department of Veterans Affairs of Northampton VAMC intends to award a contract on the basis of a sole source basis in accordance with Public Law 109-461, VA authority is 38 USC 8127 ( c ) and FAR Part 19.1406, Sole source awards to service disabled veteran owned small business concerns, to a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Services to include: Extended Warrantee, Maintenance and commissioning of equipment. Estimated time for this service is up to 24 months from award date. In accordance with VAAR 810.001 & 810.002 this contractor has be listed in the VetBiz registry therefore meeting the SDVOSB eligibility requirement.
