- Description
- The contractor shall conduct a pilot program of three iterations of Part 1, the Leader Competency and Assessment Seminar, to include a personal assessment, feedback and counseling, and coach up to 15 students per iteration in the development of a personal improvement plan. Once the program has been assessed, adjusted based on pilot outcomes, and approved, the seminar will be conducted 12 times per year with an annual student load of 210 students. Beginning FY 2012, the student population will increase to 305 a year.
