- Requirements-type contract for full food services (FFS) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington during the base period of 1 November 2010 through 31 October 2011, with four one-year option periods. The FFS requirement will staff dining facilities in support of the Pacific Command mission at JBLM. This contract will be awarded on a best value basis using the tradeoff source selection process. Preference may be given to the State Licensing Agency (SLA), Washington State Department of Services for the Blind under the statutory priority of the Randolf-Shepard Act. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 722310 with a size standard of $20.5 Million. MICC intends to conduct a site visit; time, date, and location will be listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on the MICC Center-Fort Knox homepage at http://doc.knox.army.mil on or about 19 April 2010 with proposals due on or about 19 May 2010. These dates are estimated and subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the MICC website. Paper copies of the solicitation or amendments will not be issued. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled. Contractor is responsible for all costs of producing and mailing the proposal. Proposals must be written, submitted in accordance with instructions in the solicitation, and shipped to Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center- Fort Knox (MICC), CCMI-RCK Bldg 1109B, Ste 250, 199 6th Ave, Fort Knox, KY 40121-5720. Package exterior must be marked with solicitation number (Block 5 of the solicitation) and the opening date (Block 8). Proposal will not be accepted by email or facsimile.
