- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award of a sole source contract to Elma Electronics Inc., of Freemont, CA under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The procurement will be a firm-fixed priced order for manufacture and delivery of a quantity of 50 circuit card assembly (CCA) single board computers (SBCs), part number 095880 in support of VIRGINIA Class Submarine Photonics systems. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Reference solicitation number N00253-10-T-0144. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice must be received by 12:00 p.m. pacific standard time on 05 April 2008. Responses shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to cindy.harley@navy.mil or fax at (360) 396-7036. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
