- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W912QR-09-D-0048, TJC ENGINEERING INC; W912QR-09-D-0049, PRUS CONTRACTING; W912QR-09-D-0050, FUTURENET GROUP; W912QR-09-D-0051, Q.B.S. INC; AND W912QR-09-D-0052, T&T CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES LLC. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than (NLT) 220 calendar days from notice to proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises, start-up, training and fully operational Sewage Treatment plants. The Axtel Campground is open from March 26 through November 1. The North Fork Campground is open from April 29 through September 19. All work shall be accomplished so as to minimize impacts on the Campgrounds. The time of the camping season classified as having the least visitation is July 12 - August 27.
