- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase of Dekote AF Paint Remover, 55 gallon drum. Quantity 103 drums. Delivery schedule 17 drums delivered per month beginning in Apr 2010 and 18 Drums delivered in Sep 2010. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. NUMBERED NOTE: NOTE 22 THIS PROPOSED CONTRACT IS SOLE SOURCE. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) FB206700579300. Written procedures will be issued for this combined synopsis/solicitation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38 dated 01 Feb 2010 and DFARS Change Notice 20100315).
