- Special Processes for the Travel Management Center Draft E-Travel and Travel Management Center Request for Proposals Request for Information for E-Travel and Travel Management Center Services This is a Request for Information (RFI) for electronic travel (E-Travel) and travel management center services for the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). The Department is soliciting information from interested vendors who can provide an end-to-end E-Travel solution, including travel management center services, to the DOJ. The RFI package includes instructions for completion and questions for interested offerors to respond to, a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) and a Special Processes for the Travel Management Center document. Interested offerors shall carefully review this package and respond to all of the questions listed in the RFI. In addition, the Department is soliciting comments and suggestion on the RFP and the Special Processes document. Please be mindful of the RFI's page limitation requirement applicable to all vendor responses. The Department is not soliciting proposals, and as such, is not liable for any vendor costs incurredin responding to this RFI. Responses to this RFI could result in the issuance of an RFP with a resulting contract for E-Travel and Travel Management Center services, but this is not guaranteed. Please note that responses to this RFI are due no later than 12 noon, Eastern Daylight Savings Time on April 28, 2010 to, Denise Fines, the primary point-of-contact (POC) designated above. Inquiries about this RFI should be referred to Ms. Fines.
