- This solicitation is for the acquisition of spare parts for various combat vehicles for the population of NSNs which are included as an Excel spreadsheet format (entitled Section B) and can be found online at the DLA DIBBS Website address (URL) https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP. The Section B spreadsheet lists supplies managed by Defense Supply Center, Columbus (DSCC). Offerors obtaining the solicitation from the DSCC website will find the spreadsheet on the website as an attachment. Offerors are instructed to download the Section B spreadsheet in order to provide their prices, delivery and other information as required by the solicitation. The Section B spreadsheet contains (2) tabs: Spreadsheet No. 1: CAGE/PART NUMBER and Other Information Required Fill in by Offerors include: •Proposed CAGE/PNs •Alternate or Superceding PNs •Place of Performance •Place of Inspection Spreadsheet No. 2: PRICING Required Fill in by Offerors include: •Proposed Pricing for Base Year •Proposed Percentage (%) Increase for each Option Year Each offeror is requested to return a completed original/hard copy of the solicitation along with a CD to include the completed spreadsheets (pricing/CAGE/PN information, etc.). Offerors must clearly identify the CD with their NAME and CAGE CODE. Procurement Item Descriptions (PIDs) are included in the solicitation and posted to the DIBBS Website (URL) located at https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP and/or at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Solicitations/default.asp#OtherOps and can be located by the applicable solicitation number. The item descriptions posted will be in full force throughout the life of any contracts issued under this solicitation unless modified. Any approved Code and Part Numbers and Basic Drawings for the NSN will be included in the PID. CAGE PN/BASIC DRAWING: CAGE and PART NUMBER for the NSN being procured and/or the BASIC DRAWING Number indicating the item is manufactured by Government drawing or specification. The offeror, upon completing pricing for this item, certifies that the item is manufactured IAW the drawings/specifications stated and obtained. This column gives only the basic drawing number. See PID for basic and secondary drawing information. NSNs on this solicitation may be subject to export-control regulations and distribution will only be given to those contractors qualified to received restricted drawings as listed in the Joint Certification Program. If a contractor is not on the list, they may apply by filling out a DD Form 2345 entitled “Military Critical Technical Data Agreement”, located at “ Http://WWW.DLIS.DLA.MIL/JCP, or by writing to : United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, Defense Logistics Information Service, Federal Center, 74 Washington Avenue, North, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. Award is also contingent upon meeting the CCAL requirement. In order to obtain Technical Data, contractors can refer to the Tech Data tab at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
