- RECOVERY ACT DESCRIPTION: Clear Lake Educational Center. Accessibility and Erosion Control Project to include the reconstruction and concrete paving of existing trails, replacing 10 cabins entrances with porches and ramps, constructing a new trail and wooden ramp to dock. The construction of parking lots and the reconstruction of a segment of the access road. LOCATION: Camp is located in T45N, R17W, Section 34, SW 1/4 or SE 1/4, Approximately 8 miles south of Shingleton off FDR 2246 which is off of M-94, Hiawatha National Forest, in the county of Alger, Munising Ranger District. THIS IS BEING ADVERTISED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVE DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM AS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: $100,000 - $250,000. There are two NAICS Codes associated with this project are 237310 and 238350. The Solicitation will be posted on or before April 14, 2010, and it is anticipated that the closing date will be May 14, 2010. There will be a preproposal conference and dates, locations and times will be indicated in Section L of the solicitation.
