- THE SUBJECT SOLICITATION HAS BEEN POSTED ON WWW.FEDCONNECT.NET This solicitation was previously announced as solicitation no. L10PS01809. Due to system automated errors the solicitation number has been changed. Description of Work: Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to remove the existing built-up roofing material and install a new 4-ply built-up roofing system on the Fuel Station, Road Maintenance Shop, Main Building (Break Room, Upper & Lower Penthouse, and West Portion), Upper Warehouse, Multi-Purpose Building, and Lower Warehouse. The NAICS code for this project is 238160. The Project site is located at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Medford District Offices, Jackson County, Oregon. The project price range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00, the estimated start work date is July 1, 2010 with a performance time of 90 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
