- Description
- The services of the contractor is required to design and implement comprehensive performance measurement, planning, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting systems to measure USAID/Liberia's performance in achieving its Assistance Objectives and intermediate results as laid out in the Country Development Cooperation Strategy and other planning and reporting documents. The systems will build upon goals and objectives, existing program activities, and new activities under design or procurement. The performance measurement and reporting system will enable USAID/Liberia to fulfill its performance monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and dissemination requirements as mandated in the Automated Directives System (ADS) and other Agency guidance. M&E efforts will use the latest technological information gathering tools and will perform annual Data Quality Assessments (DQAs).
