- Description
- The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) intends to award a sole source contract for Operating and Support Management Information System (OSMIS), with Calibre Systems, Inc., 6354 Walker Lane Metro Park, Alexandria VA 22310-3252. The contractor shall provide technical support services in the concentrated areas of cost and economic analysis of major weapon system programs and associated acquisition/financial management policies and procedures of the Department of Defense (DoD). This effort supports the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Cost & Economics (ODASA-CE)) to meet unmet operational needs in the area of Future Technology Systems, Financial Management and Operations, and General Lot for cost and economic acquisition/financial management policies and procedures of the Department of Defense (DoD). Performed services will be in conformance with current DoD and Army regulations/pamphlets and letters of instruction (LOI) regarding cost analysis. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of 2 May 2010- 1 September 2010. The NAICS code is 541611 and size standard is $7.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication (NLT 9 April 2010, 1:00 pm) of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
