- Description
- The 22nd Contracting Squadron, McConnell AFB, KS, intends to negotiate a sole source purchase to Unique Communication Solutions for an existing CAIRS operating system created by this contractor. The purchase of this software upgrade will automate locations information updates from the local existing CAIRS database to the AT&T E911 database utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This purchase must be accomplished through Unique Communication Solutions as the software configuration is proprietary to the contractor. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM CST, April 12, 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
