- Description
- The 22nd Contracting Squadron, McConnell AFB, KS, intends to negotiate a sole source purchase to Wyle Information Systems for an existing E911 operating system engineered by Wyle Information Systems for additional software and equipment utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The purchase must be accomplished through Wyle Information Systems as the software configuration is proprietary to the contractor. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM CST, April 12, 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
