- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Precast Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) for the Co-Sponsorship National Bridge Conference. PCI will promote the adoption of new and improved procedures, guidelines for the design, construction and quality control of high performance concrete bridges. Additionally, PCI will support the technology transfer activities by featuring various technical presentations and displays for design construction of precast/prestressed concrete bridges in the United States and internationally. PCI will provide their own facilities, designers, and meeting space. PCI is only source who can provide the services for their meeting. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is April 13, 2010.
