- THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS BUY INDIAN SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS Code is 562111 Solid Waste Collection with the small business size standard of $12.5 million. This is a fixed price contract with an estimated price range of $25,000 - $50,000. To be eligible for this Buy Indian Set-Aside, the enterprise must be 51 percent Indian-owned (Native American). Indian means a person who is a member of a recognized Indian Tribe, band or nation. TERO REQUIREMENTSThis solicitation is to provide solid waste management services to the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) business facilities and housing quarters. Work will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The TERO Oridinance is not included in this solicitation. Bidders/Offerors shall ascertain information regarding TERO fees and employment requirements by contacting the TERO Director.
