- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION SOLICITATION NOTICE #HSCG31-10-Q-PQQ130 1. The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for Roofing Removal and Replacement at the U.S. Coast Guard Housing Facility, Eureka, CA. 2. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. 1. This solicitation is considered Construction and Small Business Concerns will be considered first. a) Please note that the Quote Due Date is April 30, 2010 prior to 3:00 PM local time. You may submit your quote via fax (510) 437-2793 Attn: April E.
